Sisterhood of Temple Beth Zion
Women of Reform Judaism
Sisterhood provides an outlet for the creative energy, talent, and leadership for each of its members. As a member, you automatically become a member of Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) which represents 75,000 women in 500 Sisterhoods throughout the US, Canada, and 13 other countries.
We support our temple families with scholarships for Religious School, gifts to B’nai Mitzvah students, confirmands and graduates. We support our community. Some examples are Haven House (a shelter for battered women and their children) and Family Promise (a program for homeless families).
Whether you come to meetings, programs, help us organize and plan events, or just submit your dues, you are choosing to support Sisterhood. Please remember that a dynamic, warm and inspired group of women await you!
